Christmas Booking Terms & Conditions
Applicable to all bookings from 17th November to 31st December
Deposits for Group Bookings

For bookings of 10 or more guests, we require a £10 deposit per person, payable within 72 hours of making your reservation.

If we do not receive the deposit within the timeframe, your booking may be released.

For semi-private or private hire, deposit details will be confirmed by email.
Festive Menu Pre-Orders

If you are dining from our set festive menu, we require your pre-order by the deadline provided by our reservations team (typically one week before your visit).

For groups of 8 or more, a food pre-order is required in advance whether you are dining from the festive menu or the à la carte.

Menu items may occasionally change due to seasonal availability. If there are any important changes, we will notify you in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Groups of 20 or Fewer

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking will result in the loss of your full deposit.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a deposit refund, minus a small Stripe transaction fee.

Please note: partial refunds are not available, but your full deposit will be deducted from your final bill when you dine.
Cancellation Policy: Groups of 21 or More

Cancellations made with at least 14 days’ notice will receive a full refund, minus the Stripe transaction fee.

Cancellations made between 14 days and 72 hours before your booking may either:

Forfeit the deposit, or
-
Transfer the deposit to a rescheduled date within the next 3 months.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in a forfeited deposit.
Changes in Group Size

If your group size drops by a third or more within 72 hours of your booking, part of the deposit may be non-refundable.

We do not offer partial refunds for smaller changes in numbers, but the full deposit will still be deducted from your final bill.
Card Details for Smaller Bookings

For smaller groups, we may request your card details to secure the booking.

Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, in which case a £10 per person fee applies.

In the case of a walk-out, this card may also be charged.
Booking Duration

Your booking duration will be confirmed in your reservation email.

If you wish to stay longer, let us know in advance — we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.
Amendments to Bookings

We are happy to assist with changes to your time, date, or group size, but please note we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute changes, especially during busy periods.

If your group size increases, we may require an additional deposit.

We cannot guarantee space for extra guests without prior notice.
Late Arrivals

We allow a 15-minute grace period for all bookings.

If you are running late, please call us so we can hold your table if possible.
Provisional Bookings

We are happy to hold provisional bookings, but if we receive another enquiry for the same slot, we will ask you to confirm within 24 hours by providing card details.
Additional Charges

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your final food and drink bill.
Early Bird Voucher T&Cs
- Maximum of 2 vouchers can be used per table. Minimum spend £40.
- Can be used between January 5th & February 28th 2026.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. Not available with Crave.
- Voucher codes will be sent to all guests by email after their booking date.
