If you make a donation online or purchase a product from us, then your card information is not held by us. It is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

We will not sell your information to third parties or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

Third party service providers may have access to information or data collected about you on our websites. These third party service providers manage and maintain our websites on our behalf.

Freak Design manages this website and processes any data that is collected through it.

When we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service. We have relevant contracts in place that require third parties to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.

THIRD PARTY PRODUCT PROVIDERS WE WORK IN ASSOCIATION WITH.

When you subscribe to our newsletter mailing list, your details are stored in Mailchimp. Mailchimp operates on a secure data processing basis and uses your data to send you emails on our behalf. WiFi is provided at all our units via Stampede. Stampede operates on a secure data processing basis and uses your data to help us manage our online services, resolving any technical issues and when appropriate permission is given to send you marketing communications. When you are using our secure store pages, your payments are processed by a third-party payment processor who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.

We may transfer your personal data to a third party as part of a sale of some or all our business and assets or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation.

We may transfer your personal data to a third party if we’re under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation.

TRACK & TRACE

As part of the Scottish Government’s Track & Trace initiative we are required to capture and process the personal data of anyone who dines with us to help limit the spread of Coronavirus.

When you arrive at our restaurant you will be asked to ‘check-in’ via the WiFi, a QR code or physically and let us know your name, email address and phone number. This is required from at least one person from each household in your group. We will hold your data securely for 21 days in line with Government Guidance. You will not receive marketing from us unless you opt in.

If the NHS and the Government believe that you have been in contact with somebody who is infected with COVID-19 then you will be contacted by them. This system is provided by Stampede who are the Data Processors.

HOW YOU CAN ACCESS AND UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

The accuracy of your information is important to us. You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you so that you can ensure its accuracy. You can do this by emailing us at [email protected], or in writing to 19 Rutland Street, Edinburgh, EH1 2AE.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any and all information that Signature Pubs Ltd hold about you. We will provide this information to you electronically within a 30-day period. Please note that for substantial or excessive enquiries this may invoke a small admin fee and may take up to 60 days.

RIGHT TO ERASURE

Any visitors or users of our sites can have all records of their personal data held by us removed upon request where there is no legitimate reason for that us to process data. This includes where the GDPR is super-ceded by other laws governing the details obtained.
